Hi I am an newb electronics engineering technology student beginning his first capstone project. I really really want to build the Voice Controlled Robot:
http://www.instructables.com/id/Voice-Control-Robot-in-7-MinutesI do not have the know-how or engineering prowess to design my own robot just yet. For our project, we just have to build something cool and make a presentation for it. Simple enough.
My question is regarding the programming materials required for this particular project. I currently have Windows 7 and the microcontroller programming software I have received training on is Keil Uvision. Is WinAVR and AVR Studio compatible with PC/Windows?
This may be a stupid/simple question to the super techs on this site. I just want to be sure I can use WinAVR, AVR Studio, Webbotlib, etc on my personal labtop or at least one of the dell PC's at school. Preferably my own (dell XPS). Need this confirmation before I purchase all the parts.
Thank you!
Mike
