Title: Electrical Panel Mounting Holes

I have not built an enclosed electrical panel in a long time, but I'm building one now for my yard robot.  I bought a steel enclosure and need to bore holes for switches, lamps, etc.  Are those "step drills" good for boring holes in thin sheet metal panels?

Excellent.  I use them all the time for thin aluminum and sheet metal work.
