question about arduino controlled sumovore
« on: July 25, 2008, 04:17:39 PM »
I really need some help connecting the sensor outputs of the sumovore to the digital inputs of the arduino. I can't seem to get the signal to register. I have the motor inputs working just fine, and I can get the IR detector to blink an LED through a breadboard (not connected to the arduino). I know I'm missing something pretty basic here (beginner). Any suggestions would be really appreciated!!

Never mind, I got it working. I'll post the code when it's finished. It wasn't getting the input signal because the arduino wasn't connected to the same power and ground as the bot. Still learning this stuff!
