Im looking for female headers that can go on end of a wire. So that i can connect them to the pins on the Axon/ Does any one know where i can get some and if possible supply a part number thanks.

The item you're probably looking for is a "crimp pin", which will require some crimpers to go with it (or you could just solder it, but it's much slower and doesn't work quite as well).

Pololu has a selection of various kinds:

if you scroll down the page you'll see they have JST/JR etc. type connectors.
They also sell a crimper tool. Admin doesn't like it, but mine works ok for the $34 I paid for it. Since using a professional one here at work I understand his viewpoint better, but for the money I'm happy with it.
