Take two pulleys, one mounted on the motor and the other free spinning, connect with a belt closed in a loop and there You have it ;D

How small is small?
A belt 2" wide would be small compared to real conveyer belts, but so would one with a width of 0.1", but they have different solutions.
People who make large scale R/C models of tanks sometimes use conveyor be4lts for tracks.
Perhaps you could go the other way round, if you can find some tank tracks that could be used for a conveyor belt - how about the size of eg. Tamiya tracks?
Some shops sell tracks in whatever lengths (in 1' increments).

If you can't find this set, this video should at least give you a good visual idea.
