cheap ones, but not exactly those of the video :)

VEX sells them. Also you can try EBAY, sometimes they have VEX parts.

yeah, it's kinda weird, some of them they sell are $60 and others are $3. maybe I'm reading it wrong.

Look at the sizes of them, the cheap ones are tiny.
Also the more expensive ones are designed to carry heavier loads probably meaning that they have extra stuff such as ball bearings to take into account
