wat can be the cheapest n best?????hydraulics???pnuematics??? or geared motors??

Hydraulic one would be the strongest one, however quite slow, it would require oil tank and oil pump.

Pneumatic one would be the fastest one, but requires gas tank and is not as strong as hydraulic.

Geared motor one probably would be the the most suitable for You if Your robot is not heavy weight.
If it is, go for hydraulics ;)

i'd say go with geared motor...hydraulics/pneumatics can take more space (would be faster) but motors are easier to control , buy , mount, store, run, etc for small robots where high power and linear actuation is not required. ;)

for anything under lightweight which is where you should start i'd use a servo. they're cheep and powerful. pneumatics is annoying and hydraulics is slow + annoying.
