I'm a paid member of IEEE as an engineering student. Do I have access to these files?

At my university, I also get access to a lot of papers for free regardless of my membership which I believe is due to the fact there's an IEEE student branch here. That may also be something to look into!

Most science libraries have a subscription, too.

Check your university's library website. They probably have a proxy for accessing most journals for free.  This has been the case for both universities I've studied at.

I paid for access to the IEEE Explore database.

If anyone wants any particular paper (relating to robots), just tell me which one and I can upload it to SoR for anyone to download. Ill have this subscription until mid-summer of 2007.

They have a search feature to find what you want . . .

Also, if you find a neat paper that you think many people might like, also point that out! Survey papers are best though, as they summarize the most important stuff.

can you please help me with this one?
