Photoresistor wires
« on: August 03, 2007, 08:39:09 PM »
Ok I made the photoresistors and used 1.62k ohm resistors. I soldered the wires to the photoresistor and soldered those to my perf board. But there is a problem. Every time I move my perf board, the wires keep ripping off. Any other ways?

Hi,

Zig-zag the wires a through a couple of holes before meeting with the solder points for strain relief.

Søren

A rather fast and fairly heavy robot with quite large wheels needs what? A lot of power?
