Title: Question about robot contest
Post by: garriwilson on October 08, 2007, 10:09:50 PM
One question: does the tutorial have to be for an AUTONOMOUS robot, or can it be RC?

It can be RC if you want. A hybrid would be cool, too ;D

People from India can fully participate in the competition. Just be aware that any check I write will be in US dollars.

For now I will only ban two types of countries:
  • 3rd world nations
  • Nations deemed by the US government as supporters of terrorism

My country is a 3rd world country. Well, anyways.. if that is the rule, then  i will have to stick on it. :'(

Nah it's just Im afraid of breaking some strange tax law (in both the US and your country), or being accused of something lame like 'financially supporting terrorists' or something. I honestly just don't know the laws which is the biggest problem, but if you want to look into it Ill read your findings . . . You can enter the contest, I just can't promise Ill be able to send you money/prizes if you win.
