I finished soldering everything, I dont exactly get how you are suppose to test the circuit. I have a multimeter with the settings of 20mA, 200mA, and 10A. It seems i have to plug the red line into the 10A hole and turn the switch to the setting of 20mA and it reads .3 I dont get what this means, can anyone help me? Also, is the LED suppose to light up when you turn on both the batteries?(I'm using the 4AA batterie holder +9v)

Testing the circuit is done with a continuity test, or resistance test. You should measure no continuity or infinite resistance between power and ground. The led is attached to a digital pin of the microcontroller so it will only light if you program it to do so.
