powering two sabertooths

What equipment do I need to power two sabertooth 2x5 rc motor controllers with the same 7.2v pack? How can I put in in parallel so booth motor controllers get 7.2v? Do I need any special material wires? If you can make a plain diagram, that would be great.

all you need is some wire any kindwill work. just run one set of wires from your batterys to sabortooth #1 and run a seperate set of wires it sabortooth #2

1)what motors are you using
2)why dop you have 2 motors controllers in 1 robot
3)are they a good investment

Just connect all the grounds together, and all the V+ together.

It might be a bit annoying connecting four wires to your battery, so you may want to make what is called a power bus.
