Robot Design For battle Bots if ur interested.

I have and idea for a robot that wold be good in a battle bots competition. I am not in a position to make it right now, so I will post the idea and see if ur interested!

I cant make a picture of it, so ill just try to explain: It starts upright, on two wheels. it has a wheel on the back that it rests
on. On the bottom ( which would be the right side since it is upright) it has a LR Rangefinder camera in a little indent. When it detects a robot coming near, it drives backwards for ,5 seconds, flipping it over. A grabber, hook thing comes down while it flips over, and latches into the robot. it waits .5 seconds and then two axes on the sides come down one at a time. THey go back up, then back down, then back up, then back down, hitting the robot every time. The idea is that it latches on, and then keeps hacking at the robot until it is destroyed.

If u even understand a little of what im saying, plz try and make the robot and post a video! thnx

Problem is the latching part - most battle bots dont have anything you can latch on to!

Does anyone know how to convert a Appleworks file to a PDF?

THe apple works file cant come on the website.

@nadogggg where did that come from you should make a new topic for that

also on the robot I had more knowledge on how to construct the robot and how to program I would be gladly to make it.  But as of right now I am just starting to learn.

Yes. I just thought of it , in my sleep, taking a shower, daydreaming and so on.

I thought ir would be a good idea because u could program it to go back onto its back if it missed the other robot. I also thought that instead of using three servos u could only use two and use  the weight of the robot to push the hook into the other robot.

I did make a seperate topic lol. This is it!

Thnx. The problem is I dont have google. so I went to ur link, and it tells me wat i can do. THnx. Here it is..... Wait. It won let me put it on the website? anyone know how to do that???

couple things:

first off, I have it in a PDF its just I cant get in on the website. I dont get ur explanation. Second, I dont have google because of some parental control problems on my comp. Im trying to get it fixed but its pretty hard.
