Solar cells

Hi,
I just find some old solar cells made to deliver 3.6V but the electronic took water. Any advice on how to fix it? Or how to make my electronic board to collect enery ?
I may post a pict if needed but not now.

water on the solar cell shouldn't do anything , let it dry

they are P-N junctions with metal layers,dry em ,is it a board or 1 cell?

The cell in itself is intact. What I fear is the electronic below not working anymore. Plus it seems to get 3 output ( one for a buzzer that have been removed, 1 for an electrolytic huge capacitor which is dead for ages, and that one with 2 pins that remains mysterious to me.
I can't find any datasheet on this board so i don't know the circuit, but I'm pretty sure I'll figure it out, when my exams will have ended.

looks like a photodector and battery charger for those garden lamps.

You will have to reverse engineer the circuit diagram, and use a multimeter to check whats wrong . . .

The circuit board in the picture should not be damaged at all by the water. The components are encased and water isn't a great conductor of electricity, so nothing should be shorted
