Hello,
I followed the tutorial about modifying servos for continuous rotation but when I finished the tutorial it seems the servo is not working correctly. After adjusting the pot until the servo stopped spinning, I glued the pot in place by putting a drop of superglue on the pot. After letting it dry I plugged the servo in to check that it spins correctly and it just hums. I have tried several different channels (i.e. center position sticks and free position sticks) on my transmitter. I also checked the receiver battery voltage and it is fine. The last thing I checked was to make sure none of the glue ran into the gear next to the pot and it did not. It seems the motor just won't spin now that I have moved and glued the pot. Any help would be appreciated.
My last idea to fix it is to use some superglue debonder to free the pot but I want to make sure that won't be harmful to the potentiometer. I am sure any liquid dripping onto the circuit board would be bad.
Thanks
Stefan
