Where do i purchase male molex connectors or just the pins themselves?

Male ones are called pin headers, molex refers to the female socket.

i am having a bit of trouble finding the pin headers similar to those found on the axon microcontroller :/

i'm finding it neigh impossible to find 1 1mm pin, or rows of 3 1mm pins>_<

You buy a row of 40 and use a plier to snap them off at desired length!

1mm is not the standard header. Standard headers are 0.1 inches or 2.54 millimeter spacing.

silly me, i was measuring the diameter of the pin itself instead of the base xD
