Title: Robot Bat? Bat highspeed video
Post by: Admin on February 27, 2007, 11:40:09 AM
Found this slow motion (high speed camera) video of a flying bat.
http://www.livescience.com/php/video/player.php?video_id=Bat_wind

Could possibly be useful if one were to design a flying robot . . .

It appears the wings do not flap like a birds wings . . . its interesting to watch . . .
The bats wings also have tons of holes in it . . .

Admin,

I assume you know there are already a number of "winged" RC flying machines out there?
