Title: Little thing i just did now :)

I didnt know how cool this would be! It took me like 15 mins to write the firmware, for this nifty robot. So basically i got an accelerometer and iv just been playing with it :).

hehe, you kept getting voice pops throughout the video :P
is it just a mb strapped down with servos and a base? or does it have sensors on it?
i keep thinking that thing on the front is a ping...

i dont know what you meen by an mb, but my development robot has an ir sensor, 2 servos and thats it at the moment :P.
Im using an accelerometer taped on to the calculator lid to act as a 'remote'.

Nice Project!
Will try to embbed that into a bluetooth environment to have a wii like RC :)

Btw got the same casio one from old times in school. Best day was when we got the grahpical calcs from TI :D

lol kl. I added to the remote an emergency button. Basically if you need to stop the robot, you touch the touch sensor and like for ever how long you hold it down the robot becomes un-responsive. I cant afford like wireless stuff as I just spent my money on the stuff for my automatic robotic arm. Its not really like a project, just a thing to play with whilst the rest of the stuff I need for my arm arrive :P
