Yeah, I've already seen that one. :)
It's the best wheg robot I know of, I love the sturdyness of it, the way it recovered from that near-fall, the way it bounced when it was going downhill, the way it climbed those stairs ,etc.
This video inspired me to build my own, but I haven't had time to start with it yet... It'll be very hard to make mine as good as this one though :P

Correction, it was originally a robot developed at CMU, but other researchers have copied and advanced the design. :P

Here's a good question too - how would one determine that robot's position autonomously? You can't just use OSEs and determine a position from there. You could use vision but landmarks would constantly be changing angles and sometimes be upside down...

An interesting problem but still a cool bot.
