also there have a document that everybody can see him
In the library that write all the name projects that they have
And everybody can copy the project

If you are in the last year of your engineering degree, shouldn't you be able to build and design your own project (maybe with a little help when you get stuck) It seems to me that handing you a plan, a step-by-step guide to build a robot would defeat the purpose of your assignment. I'd think it'd be logical if you drew up your own plans, using the knowledge you have gained in your previous years at university. Besides, if you've got the basic know-how (which I assume you've got) it would be a lot more fun if you designed and built your own thing, instead of copying someone else's. And if you're lacking ideas for what you want to do, give us some general direction/subject and I'm sure someone will come up with something you'd be interested in building.

perhaps you should try software? human interfaces are a growing fad and something companies are very keen on. what about a multy-touch cad like interface for a cnc mill? it's likely that your university already has most of the equipment you would need and so you wouldn't have to spend a ton of money on components or use time on construction.
