Title: Joint for tubes

Hi, I am looking for a joint for small tubing. See this picture here:

Just like that, except instead of screwing it locked, I want it to be free to pivot.

Not like CV joints where it can go around in all directions, just one degree of freedom bend.

how small of tubing?  like 1in? or 1/8in?
those can make differences on what is out there.

You can buy some corrugated pipes to cover it.

Well that would probably work for that too with the apropriate sholder bolt through the hole in the center and the two other screws removed
