Sabertooth R/C PWM issues

I have dissovered that the Sabertooth R/C is rather picky about getting a 50Hz base frequency signal (20mS cycle time). If you just use the servo command in your main loop, and you many things to do in your loop, then the Sabertooth gets cranky. Most servos seem to be pretty forgiving, but not the Sabertooth in R/C mode. To get around this, use the PWM functions of the atMega.
