Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone knew any places where I can a pump that can pump out water or other liquids?

Lots of places. Did you try McMaster-Carr.
The local Auto parts store will have windshield washer pumps, would they work?
What kind of pump do you need?
What volume per time do you need?
Do you need to 'lift' the liquid any great distance (head)?
