Dear Kylewor,
Pictures would definitely help if you have them. What is the problem exactly? Do you need help fitting everything into the hull or do you want advise on how to build the circuit board? If you want help with a circuit board, the electronics section of the forums might be the place to post.
As for problem you have fitting everything into the hull, it is tough to figure out a solution without pictures and/or dimensions of the hull and the equipment that you want on-board. Is the hull a hollow plastic shell or a thick chunk of Styrofoam? Some basic advise would be to try to put your higher density stuff in the bottom of the hull to keep a low center of gravity. Also, don't stack too much stuff on the deck because it will raise the center of gravity (think of how SUVs are more prone to flipping), and because you don't want your electronics getting wet.
One option that you have would be to add pontoons to the sides. This would make the boat far less maneuverable, but you would have so much more room on top to put stuff, and you wouldn't have to worry about the boat flipping.
On a side note, although this is just an internet forum, we are trying to give technical advise. It benefits everyone if you really think out your post and try to be as clear and concise as possible. Corrado said that your post made no sense because it is confusing. You don't use proper punctuation or any capitalization, and it results in run-on sentences and nonsensical statements. It makes your post very difficult to read and interpret at a glance. Please take your time and plan out your post a little more formally. Consider that we know nothing about your current problem or the tools that you have at your disposal, and then educate us about your situation.
