Are there more suitable software than eaglecad for electronics circuit board devellopment??

TinyCAD is for schematics

You could try KiCAD.  I've only ever used it in Linux but there is also a windows version available, both versions are free.  You can draw schematics and do PCB layout with it.

I've come to hate Eagle CAD and am installing KiCAD now to give it a try. I'll report back my thoughts.
