What do you need 150A for! :o

You'll need some massive MOSFETs for that!
How about using relays?
They'd be pretty big, and they need MOSFETs to switch them.
What PWM frequencies will you be working with?
Relays don't work with high frequencies...

Hi,

Use something like these MOSFETs (60V/265A), then there's a bit of headroom.
