Title: programer recomendation?

can you guys give me a good AVR programer reccomendation thats usb and and under $20? it also has to work with an ATmega 644.

One of the few programmers actually compatible with AVR studio, so you won't have to use a third party program like ponyprog or avrdude to actually flash your chips.
