Title: what sort of robot is the easiest to constuct

hi, i am  Blake , and i am a beginner and i would like to know what robot would be the cheapest and easiest robot to make .If somebody could give me some tips that would be great,cheers Blake

easiest would be a photovore/photovobe with differential drive.
this means it will either chase or run away from light.
