I can't understand your question.

If you are asking if a lipo battery can power 3 BL motors, then yes

No, cell phones are li-ion, and you can't mix the battery chemistries.

Besides... The "simple" in "simple cell phone charger" is only possible because the charging circuit is part of the phone, so the charger is a really dumb supply.
