I'm also quite interested in finding a good graduate program for robotics.  Myself, I'm fairly certain I want to pursue a PhD since I'm primarily interested in research.  The RI at CMU is a great program but more important than the program is finding a professor that has interesting research.  I think as far as prestige goes, any of the top engineering graduate schools are well regarded for robotics.  It really depends on the field you want.  Mechanical? Electrical? Software? Some hybrid of them all?

Best of luck in your search. Are you currently/recently an undergrad or are you coming from industry?
