Title: project designer
Post by: raptorwes on March 15, 2011, 07:49:40 PM
I'm baack .....unfortunately during my "learning" phase i am going to have some questions. and with all of the knowledge on this site this is my first stop, not to mention none of my friends have any interest in programming or robots so i am flying solo...
If i want to add a photo resister (or 2 ) to an axon 2 in project designer what do i select ? my thought was to go to Basic and analogue input. I haven't found an option for photo resister as an option. also when adjusting what the axon should do at what voltage is that done by modifying the code or in project designer as well. Thanks for the help

Since there is such a large variety of photo-resistors, photo-transistors etc then Project Designer doesn't list them all. Instead you should do what you said - just use a Basic | Analogue input.
Once you read the sensor then 'Yep' - the interpretation of the value is down to you ie WebbotLib doesn't have any standard unit of measure for 'light intensity'.
