I ordered some batteries from HobbyKing, however they requested the package back before I could fetch it.
I've demanded the money back, however as soon as I tell them my subject in their chat support they just stop responding and they have ignored my emails. I don't want to do business with such monkeys and therefore look around for other suppliers of small lithium batteries.
Suggestions?

Just give them a ring.

Those bunch of hustlers don't have their phone number published on the website.

It sounds like the problem is not HobbyKing, but instead the shipping company.
If you provide an undeliverable address or otherwise makes shipping not work out, that's actually your fault, not theirs.
If you paid with a credit card, you can call your bank, and ask them to reverse the charges, because you didn't receive the item, though.

I did give them the correct adress.
However a decent company should respond to e-mails and questions and HobbyKing have completely neglected doing that.
I now ordered some LiPos from SparkFun, let's see how it works out.

SparkFun is fine, although their selection is small.
I've had luck with HobbyPartz, although that may be because I'm in California.
Their stock keeping is terrible, though; 90% of their batteries are not in stock.

hobbypartz has great prices and selection and ships from within usa so its one of my favorites too. hobbyking is china so it takes a lot longer but prices cant be beat and the product line is humongous. ive placed over 200 orders and they have been fair and responsive to any problems. as far as stock they all tend to deplete during flying season so smart hobbyists think ahead and order when prices and availability are best.
sparkfun is domestic and has excellent support but the 300%-400% markups turn me off.
