Arduino and Sabertooth 2x12
« on: April 20, 2012, 08:45:01 PM »
Hi guys, I am using a Sabertooth 2x12 motor controller in simplified serial mode receiving the serial bytes from an arduino uno.  I am using a mini-ITX motherboard inside of a 4 wheeled vehicle that is sending serial commands to the Arduino to control the motors.  Whenever, I boot the motherboard up, the arduino sends a "255" byte to the motor controller and it causes the wheels to turn until the computer boots up and then it stops.  I have put in code to set all of the arduino pins to LOW whenever it starts but it still sends the command to the motor controller.  Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks
