what is best HDPE or other materials on a battle bot?

what is best HDPE or other materials on a battle bot I am looking for the best material to build a battle bot which uses sonar sensors to find enemys? ???

most battlebots are made of steel or other hard metals... if your oponent has some type of blade, HDPE won't hold up.

battlebots are usually RC (remote controlled) so you won't be using sonar sensors. I think metal or maybe polycarbonate would be best to build a battlebot with.

I was trying to build a sort of sumobot thank NYX for the help.My budget is £100 and I can handle the electronics with my father (who is pretty experianced.) 8)
