Ordering from digikey

Is my commodites go to nearest post office or my home?
When i have payed for my stuff do I get any call or something that they going to send my commodites?
Is someone from Finland order from digikey?
Wath data I need to now to get my stuff from post office?
When I pay with wire transfer then do I have to add only salseorder?
Is Finland add taxes?
I plan to build that 50$ robot. It is going to cost 131$(with  ir sensor and extra servo)for me.

Digikey ships all around the world. I am not too sure if in Finland it will come to your door. So phone them to make sure you know what's going on (you need your order number and shipping number, those should be in an email).

Thanks for the answer and I'm not from Finland my aunt lives there and i order my stuff there. I am from Estonia

Ah, I see. Well depending on where in Finland your aunt lives then it should come to the door.

It's been a while since I got a delivery from Digikey, but I got it delivered to my work address and it came by courier. On the back of their catalogue (which they sent me, without me asking for it) it says that "All orders are shipped via UPS". UPS normally tries your delivery address and leave a note to call them, if unsuccessful.

My aunt lives in Helsing but when I'm not home when courier come then I call them and wath further.
Can someone who live in Helsing and have ordered from digikey can explain me shipping,billind and so on.

I can call up my aunt and uncle in Kouvola, they live close enough to find out about that, I'll probably call them really late tonight though, due to the 10 hours that they are ahead.

I live in the US. I just ordered some parts from digikey also. I think if you chose the right shipping method and the right address you should be fine. Good Luck

Yes, but this is Europe, different country, usually different methods of shipping. But really when you think of it, Helsinki is the capital of Finland, so really there shouldn't be any problem.

P.S. I did talk to my aunt, and she says that they get UPS deliveries and sometimes it gets transfered over to a different carrier, but the same shipping number will be applied to that.
