Modified Servo to rotate angles

Can we use modified servo to rotate to some angles like non modified ones....

by modifying you remove the potentiometer, which means it can't "see" where it's turned... so no.

You can if you add an encoder to the output shaft - you can make your own or buy one (a bit expensive) for servos.
