Thats probably one of the most original and creative ideas I have ever heard of or could imagine. WOW! Everyone should watch this. Thanks for finding and posting it.

IMO it's not that cool. the coachroach probably doesn't know what's going on. just walking away from the lights in front of him.
-
That's pretty sweet. But you couldn't pay me to pick up that cockroach. I hate cockroaches.

ed1380, even if he doesn't know whats going on its a pretty advanced technology!
-
Not really. just a trackball with a bug on top of it connected to a moving platform. and distance sensors in the front sending info to led light panels
To everyone their own opinion

If you vomit it up, you'll have to deal with the roach twice. Better to let it pass through than have to look at a bunch of legs and chitin bits floating in the toilet.

I've heard that some bugs are poisonous, so I don't want it to get digested. hydrochloric acid might not kill the poison

In the last 2 issues of the IET magazine they've been talking about these pidgeons that can be controlled from a PC to go north, south, east or west.
Thing is, do we actually need to invade animals brains to survive? At this point, no.
Sure, we eat animals.
So, we shouldn't do stuff like this.
-
Soon they'll be controlling ours brains.
Take out the tin foil hats ::)

Yeah, I mean, Kevin warwick did a lecture at my uni a few weeks back and he was on about this sort of thing.
It shouldn't be funny really should it.......maybe between humans.............but pidgeons and stuff don't do any harm
