Changing COM port number in windows XP

Hi, right now my COM ports in my UMPC look like this:



I need to change that COM14 to some between COM1 and COM10. In order to control a robot through an USB-serial converter. My umpc has 3USBs and all of them have port numbers bigger then 10. Does someone know a trick or software that I could use in order to mask or change those numbers. By the way I cannot disable the bluetooth because I am also using it.

Right click, Properties, Port Settings tab, Advanced. You can force the COM port to be anything you like.
