uploading program to microcontroller

please tell me the fuse bytes for the $50 robot...so that i can burn the code to the microcontroller using the programmer....

A rather fast and fairly heavy robot with quite large wheels needs what? A lot of power?

It's the datasheet for the microcontroller, not for the entire robot. Just Google the controllers name or search on Atmels site.
