I first have a few questions you need to think about.

1) Are you using Servos or DC Motors for the wheels?
2) What is the point of your robot?
3) Are you going to buy or build a microcontroller?

Answer these, and I can bring more help.

so you basically want o build a rc car?
or if you want to build a robot like that the easiest way is to purchase an rc car and leave the motors in it then add the electronics h bridge microcontroller etc.

i think for a simple car like this i dont need a microcontroller and im using dc motors instead of servos
aim of my robot is to move around here and there quickly and to mount small obstacles

Well since you just want to build an RC car buy some motors and gear boxes. Build a chassis to mount the stuff, than buy a RC receiver and a rc controller. This forum has tutorials for all of these things.

you could scrap a old rc car for its rc transmitter/reciever and that would give you at least 2 places sets of terminals to use for your motors
(it isn't as good as a 40-200 dollar transmitter, but hey, it's free... ;) )

if you want it to go over objects you are gonna need big wheels too

Buy a hobby grade R/C truck. Fit's your description of what you want.

I kinda think the whole point was to build it by himself

I understand that but the time and effort and $$ he will use to design and build an R/C car will end up more than if he just bought one and it would be far less capable. I always find myself wanting to build everything and even the things I buy, I find myself thinking well if they had done it this way it would be better and maybe I could... So I force myself to think is it worth it to build it myself?  After all even a lot of the projects that build their "own" start with a commercial platform and work from there. In the end if i can build it far better myself, save lots of money, or can't find something to fit what I need then I think it's worth designing and building otherwise I would rather save my time and $$ for the real project and not turn every component into a project. Just my 2 cents worth.

maybe if he had two motors
(one on each side and controlled it y two control sticks that adjust the power to the motors it wont be as bad?
