Check out my remote control yard robot with a mower bolted on.  I'm still learning how to drive it well.  :P

That is bloody briliant.

i would love to do that, it would be so awsome when i mow my grandmas lawns if the mower was still mowing when i was talking to her inside.(she is old fashioned)

What means of drive did you use, elctric i would presume. Did you use servos to turn the mower or what, some furthur detail woulb be great so i can see if that would be a good projct for me, if that is with you ArcMan

Over all great job ;D

That's right Smash.  Very observant.

I haven't weighed it yet, but I estimate about 130 lbs. with the mower.

damn, you do have the thing programmed in where it stops if it doesn't receive a signal right?

That's right.  If the radio signal is lost, it commands the drive to stop.  I am also working on an independent parallel circuit that will E-stop the robot (including the lawn mower) if the signal is lost.

Shock and awe  :D

It's funny when people see something they've never seen before.  People would stop their cars in the middle of the road, stare and give me the thumbs up.  Funny.  I'm sure their reactions would be different if a kitty was victimized.  :)

True.  And soon they will attempt to enslave us.

That's why I read "How to Survive a Robot Uprising".
