I found out that there is a new graphical programming environment (almost ready for release) for Arduino boards, called ModKit (http://www.modk.it/software). This looks easy to learn and use by kids, so I figure, soon there will be a lot of kids clubs using this ModKit to program Arduino boards, especially for robotics. I am looking forward to see how easy one can use a uBotino with ModKit.

I don't know about kids, Ro-Bot-X, but as a complete novice at programming, I think it will suit me fine.
I've had a play with the Google version, for my Android, and I think this sort of GUI is going to be the introduction to kids in the future.

Oops, I saw this 6-8 months ago, didn't think to post it here. Thanks for droping it X.
Reminds me of the original Lego Mindstorms programming language I grew up with.

No, I just saw it featured on Make or HAD or one of my daily round of sites.
