please i need the library and model of sg3524, sg3525 ,sg2525

or any other software to simulate these ICs
 ??? ???

This is a power supply IC not a motor driver. If you want something to control motors with you might be better off with something like

I have one of these and it's very easy to use. If you want to use a bare motor controller, you could try the SN754410 or L298, which are available from just about everywhere.
