It looks extremely well done, how did you make the enclosure?
Also, do you have any specs on it, whats inside, processor etc...?

So far it can only be driven with remote control(6 channel Futaba)
but here is what i got so far:
Motors: 6 x ML-30 30:1 Geared Motor.
ESC :Sabertooth 25 Dual 25A Motor Driver.
Power:3 gen hyerion LiPo batt.
Reciver: Futaba R617FS FASST
Body :10 mm alu on the side and 2 mm alu. cover .
Next up will be a servo controller for a robot arm and a micro controller.

my question is about motors/wheels:
have you mounted wheels and have you tried to drive with that robot? I have a 4-wheel robot and the biggest problem was to place every motor exacltly on the same level - in the other case some wheels would touch the ground, while the others wont

two words: suspension system ;D
look at my ERP and Fuzzy robots - they both have 4 wheels with suspension

Yeah 8) suspesion is a solution but ... my robot was a minisumo so you know, there is a little to small free space to think about suspension
As I look at the movie from first post, I thinks that there is no suspesion in that robot so I'm wondering if it is problem

There is no suspension on my robot,the mounting "holes"for the motors are cnc "cut" .also the platform ways about 7kg combined whit soft tires ,
I am going to make a driving video soon. ;D

Plenty of room! Don't just think the only way to do suspension is what they do for cars.

See 4 wheels? See the suspension? Its a very thin sheet of aluminum, thin enough that it bends and flexes with the ground underneath it.
For small robots, another way to do it is use double sided sticky tape to attach your motors/servos. It holds really well, yet still flexes enough for suspension.
Putting rubber padding on the wheels also works as a suspension.
Many other ways to do it.
