As ive mentioned in one of my other posts, I recently lost all data on my hard drive. Of course, as part of my hard drive data reconstruction, im downloading and installing AVR Studio again. Apparently I have to register with the site before I can download it. I dont remember having to do this before... is this something new? Are they going to annoy the crap out of me?
The fact that they want my address and phone number makes me put up a big middle finger to them...

admin gave me this to bypass the things when it asked me and everything else wouldn't work. hope it works for you dragon :)

Yeah it worked for me :) Thanks Frodo! and Admin of course ;)
I downloaded it through my download manager instead of through the browser and my DLM split it into 12 pieces to download each piece simultaneously for a total of 1.3Mb per second download speed! It was done in no time flat lol. (94Mb file BTW)

nice, took me about 10 mins. that is like really sloooooooooooowwwww. :D
-
lol yeah my browser was going to try and download it in like 15 minutes haha
-
so how did you split it into 12 then?
-
My download manager does it on its own. Its an awesome DLM!

cool, never knew that existed. should get all the boring waiting out of the way. lol
-
Yeah you can set it to chop the files up into as many sections as you want basically. It can do it most of the time but some file servers can only be accessed by one IP at one time.
I have never been disappointed by that DLM
