Hi, I recently bought http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140529794152&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140529794152&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT) and right after noticed that it had 4 pins instead of three ??? ??? ???....I was going to use this on the $50 robot....is this going to be a problem....?

No it will not be a problem, you will just have to change the code a little.

In what way do I change it? Like where in the code? And what code do I add?

From what I can infer from the datasheet (or whatever that is), you have to send a 10uS pulse through the trigger pin and then read the echo pin. You should get a pulse with a width relative to the distance. You can find the formula to calculate the distance on the attached pdf.
I also found the same module for half the ebay price on this site http://iteadstudio.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=9&products_id=52 (http://iteadstudio.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=9&products_id=52) but it doesn't look very reliable to me. If someone has successfully bought anything from them, please let us know.

I payed with paypal, and got an order confirmation already from both paypal and the store itself. I also did a bit of googling around and it looks like there are people who use their PCB services. They are REALLY cheap and decent productions too from the looks of the posts. I guess I'll be evaluating that soon as well. The good news out of it all is that I haven't found anything negative yet.
I ordered some of their wireless transceivers, they have clones of some of the stuff on sparkfun that cost $4 at the site and nearly $20 at sparkfun.
here was my full list:
3 x PL2303 USB To TTL Module (PAE001) = $11.70
1 x Nokia 5110 LCD (DIS010) = $6.80
1 x Serial port bluetooth module (Slave) : HC-06 (WIR010) = $13.00
2 x 2.4G Wireless nRF24L01+ Module (WIR001) = $8.00
2 x Gas Sensor MQ-5 (SEN002) = $7.90
Oh, and shipping was only $4.00 to the states (Indiana).
I am looking forward to finding out if this is legit.

All came back good. Packaging was above average with good packing materials and sealed anti-static bags. I haven't had the opportunity to test the stuff yet, but all pcbs appear to be of good quality. Coming from Hong Kong it only took 10 days to hit my doorstep in the US, not bad on speed.
None of the hardware came with datasheets, however they were available through the site. Over-all it was a good buying experience.
I will likely be trying out their PCB services soon too.

Just to elaborate, no I don't work for them. I've done ALOT of purchasing from overseas for random projects and I've seen some bad packing and been burned a few times with crap products.
