Hi, I just ordered the TI launchpad and I'm going to try to learn the basic programming before it gets here because i already know C. But I havent been able to find any tutorial or anything that actually explains the code. Anybody have a resource ?

No, but I'm sure that all the information is contained within TI data sheets and processor manuals. What did you find on TI's web site.

I ordered a few of these myself. Don't they have tutorials online? I haven't gone through it, but I have it bookmarked:

Also, there's a forum for the LaunchPad:

They probably have all the information we need.
