Title: obstacle detection ckt...

can anyone provide me a simple but reliable ckt for obstacle detection using ULTRASONIC SENSORS..???
i hv a got one...(shown below)..but it is not quite reliable ...and also the o/p is not satisfactory...
Any help will be appreciated...

I used the same circuit it made a wearied clicking noise if I hocked up a speaker to the output of the amplifier as I move my hand closer and farther away.
