PWM MOSFETs
« on: April 02, 2009, 03:44:30 AM »
Been looking around for a while now and having a bit of difficulty in selecting mosfets suited to pwm applications.

This is for a half bridge, I'm not too worried about losses. Also I know I don't really need to use pwm suited mosfets but I'd like to.

The motor is rated at 6V, 3.8A continuous and 7A stall
The question that drives me hazy:

Am I, or the others crazy?

The IRFU5505 P-channel mosfets and the IRLU024 N-channel mosfets are two complimentary mosfets that should work fine under PWM control.
