Generic Servos on eBay
« on: August 20, 2008, 05:56:15 AM »
Which brands of servos on eBay are reliable ( besides the obvious Hitec, Futaba, GWS)

I've searched the forum and can't find a specific brand thats good.
Check out the Roboduino, Arduino-compatible board!

I am also wondering this, as eBay has a lot a brands. Also, has anyone used, or heard of anyone using, or heard anything about Eurgle brand servos? I looked around the net for a while and could only find a few places that even carried them, mostly just on ebay. And they're really cheap, like $7-$13 for a 262 oz-in. Wondering if those are a complete wasted of $$ or not.
So if the blue wire goes here, then that means...(bzzzt) oops....

The TowerPro servos work great for normal RC use. eBay MG995 and those should be good.

Here is a fellow robo person selling 4 of em for dirt cheap:
